As Captherm was getting ready for their new product launch, they needed to start building an audience that will be interested in buying their product. We decided to focus on building an audience for both their Twitter and Facebook accounts.
After building a few buyer personas, we got to know who their potential customers really were. Next, we created a Facebook ad campaign to cater to these customers.
By posting engaging, and shareable content, the Facebook campaign was incredibly successful. Gaining the company 3,000 likes in a period of three months.
At the same time, we also ran a Twitter campaign with the same principals. By constantly engaging with potential customers, and providing content that invokes conversation, our followers kept increasing. Soon enough, Twitter became another channel where customers are able to connect with us.
